When my Mother passed away it was very hard dealing with the arrangements. Becky at B-remembered Monuments made this monument experience the best part of it. She made me feel like family and even cried with me when talking about my mother. She has a heart of gold and made the design from scratch. I went with her not only cause the price was the best I could find. I also went with her cause she really cared about me. She even called me after the monument had been placed and met me out there to make sure that it was everything that I wanted. In this day and age its hard to find someone that doesn't care so much about the bottom line and more about the customer. Hopefully I won't need another Monument for a while but if I do there is only one place that I will go.

The people at B-remembered are wonderful when it came time to get that special headstone for our loved one. They had a great selection of styles to choose from and really took the time to find out about the 'departed' for a more personalized stone. Very reasonable and had it ready in a timely fashion. They offer other services but we just bought the headstone and were very satisfied with the finished product.

This company is tops. Me and my husband were just viewing outside things because they were closed. She was actually still there, just walking her dog. She actually opened back up and spent some time with us, getting to know our needs and something about us. Very personable and dedicated. Becky gave us a lot of ideas and things to think about for our son's memorial. thumbs up. 🙂

Becky was a pleasure to work with. First time we ordered a headstone from her for our grandfather around two years ago, and now we order another one for our grandmother.
