From the moment my children and I walked in to this office during the difficult time of losing a wife/mother, their entire staff made my family feel comfortable; as if we were part of their family. They assisted with choosing the stone, marker design, memorial photo to the smallest detail with the attitude that no detail was too small or unimportant. That was in 2013 and even today (2018) they continue the excellent service. Since placing the marker in 2013, Randy and his wife have re-leveled my wife's marker that settled lower than ground level due to heavy rains, replaced the memorial photograph that cracked for some unknown reason. Randy and his daughter just finished applying a highlighting chemical to enhance the headstone's etching and design. Fantastic job done by fabulous people. I highly recommend you pick this company should you need the services they provide. You won't be disappointed.
